I loved the stay here. The staff was courteous and the place was fairly clean. My room was tidy room with single unfcomfy bed and a boiler. The venue was set in the central position close to sea front, the Adastral and the centre of town. Moreover, a public park was 10 minutes' walk away.

We ate at Sunshine Books, which is only 500 m away, it suited our needs. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. Decent place for a city trip in Brighton.
